Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of bidyoursaas.lol. By listing a product, placing a bid or otherwise using the site, you accept them.
Last updated 24 August 2026
1. Who operates this site
bidyoursaas.lol is operated by Jovan Panetie, 5 Rue Castelnau, 21000 Dijon, France, registered in France under SIREN 849268958 (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@bidyoursaas.lol.
2. What the service is
bidyoursaas.lol is a pay-to-rank leaderboard. Listings are ordered by the total amount of money committed to them, highest first, with ties broken in favour of whichever listing reached that total first. Every dollar committed counts simultaneously on the worldwide board and on the board of the country the listing was entered under.
A position is not an endorsement. Rank on this site reflects spending and nothing else. It is not a review, a rating, an award, a certification or an assessment of quality, security, legality or fitness for any purpose. Category pages titled “Best X SaaS” are ordered by money committed and say so on the page.
3. Bids
- Bids are in whole US dollars, with a minimum of $1.
- Bids accumulate. A further payment increases your total rather than replacing it.
- Bids are final and non-refundable. See the refund policy.
- Positions do not expire, and are not guaranteed. Any other participant may commit more at any time and move above you.
- Matching another listing's total is permitted. Level totals are ranked oldest first.
4. Your listing
By submitting a listing you confirm that:
- You are entitled to promote the product and to use the name, link and logo submitted.
- The logo you upload does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site.
- The destination is a real product page. Link shorteners, chat invites and redirect services are rejected automatically; links are normalised to
httpswith query strings and fragments stripped, so one destination can hold only one position. - The listing does not contain unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
Outbound links from listings are marked nofollow and routed through a click counter. We do not promise traffic, clicks, conversions, search ranking or any commercial outcome.
5. Removal
We may remove or suspend a listing without refund if it is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or if the destination becomes any of those things. We will use the contact route above for anything less clear-cut.
Because the board is a public record of what was committed, we do not remove listings on request, and we do not sell removal. If you want a listing gone for a legitimate legal reason, write to us.
6. Written pages
Pages commissioned through the paid add-on are written to a brief you supply, including the keywords and backlinks you choose. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish about your own product. Every such page carries a visible sponsored notice. We may decline or amend a brief that would require us to publish something unlawful or misleading.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
Payments are processed by Stripe, whose own terms apply to the payment itself. No card details are stored by or transmitted through our servers. A listing appears only once Stripe confirms the payment has settled.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost traffic or lost business opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of France. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated 24 August 2026. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
